Joji Numata

Joji Numata was born in Japan to an American serviceman father and a Japanese mother. He has spent almost his whole life in Japan, though he served in the U.S. Navy for four years, an experience he described in his autobiographical work In the Navy, written under the name Timothy Taro Barnes. He is the author of A Japanese Sex Pervert’s Diary, the fourth volume of a projected tetralogy, Joji’s Dick. In his cups, he boasts to friends that he’s hoping to someday write the Moby-Dick of erotica.
