Krista Schumacher

Krista Schumacher lives in northeastern Oklahoma with her husband and brood of rescued dogs and cats. Her essays and poetry have been published in Fourth and Sycamore and in various publications on Medium. She studies creative nonfiction through the UCLA Extension Writers’ Program and holds a Ph.D in educational psychology.
