Matthew Brockmeyer is the author of the award-winning novel Kind Nepenthe. His short stories have been featured in numerous magazines, journals and anthologies. When not reading, writing, and drinking wine, he enjoys howling at the moon and bathing his fangs in human blood. He lives deep in the forest of Northern California with his wife and two children.
