Zombies
there aren’t any zombies in this old house
nope, not a single one in here or out
not a single man, not a single spouse
not a single zombie walking about
there aren’t any zombies in this old house
nope, not a single one, upstairs or down
not a single cat, not a single mouse
not a single zombie laying around
there aren’t any zombies in this old house
nope, not a single one in front or back
not a single boy, not a single souse
not a single zombie on the attack
maybe I might be a lying old louse
there might be a zombie in this old house
Shameless
I told myself this would be the last time
The last time I would dismiss the real stuff
The last time I would try joking around
The last time I’d take people for granted
I told myself, this would be the last time
The last time I would miss a group meeting
The last time I would fall off the wagon
The last time I would feel guilty…again
I told myself, this would be the last time
The last time I would go hunting for food
The last time I would load my gun to kill
The last time I would slaughter anything
Yet, here I sit laughing on the rooftop
Drinking and shooting at the damned zombies
Short-Cuts: Quatrains of Fear, Volume II (4-6)
Friendships should last forever and ever
Even when tested with hateful gossip
Anticipating to weather the storm
Reaching the point to a gun solution
Fearing your story will remain untold
Enticing the public to know your deeds
Asserting your methods: original
Realizing death has plagiarized you
For unlawful carnal knowledge you did
Excusing the truth that may lead to death
Avoiding the fact that she’s not your wife
Removing your privates within his thoughts
Chupa-Ku, Volume VII: No. 31-35
el chupacabra
the ultimate trophy proof
that you mean business
elusive pipe dream
chasing el chupacabra
this, my life so far
new sport on the farm
“gone chupacabra tipping”
they never come back
Chupacabra Flats:
where my broken heart lays
more space between us
much rather listen
